I want to share my experience with this product but also this company. Unfortunately, this product failed multiple times within the first year of owning it. The first time was after 4 months, it was the strap loop that connects to the carabiner, the second time it was the node that connects to the hammock, the third time it was the carabiner strap loop again and the last time it was the hammock connector node. Each time I contacted the seller who was very speedy in correcting the issue and sending a replacement. They also were inquisitive as to why the issue was happening and made clear that they were sharing with their R&D to correct the issue. Of course, the issue may take longer to correct based on available materials. I asked for a full refund after all this and received it. I would recommend this company because they had such wonderful customer service. I would even recommend this product to someone living somewhere with less sun. My assumption is that the Arizona sun deteriorated the material and that is why it failed so many times in such a short amount of time. I'd give customer service a 5 star rating, the product in Arizona a 1-2 and anywhere else a 3-4 so overall it gets a 3!
