So great for diabetics. Easy to swallow and they bring blood sugar up fairly quickly. You don't have to put them in the fridge and are great for on the go.

After I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic and my CGM would give me low glucose alarms, my husband found glucose gummies at the pharmacy and I tried those for a little while… but they didn’t do anything to raise my glucose and they tasted awful too!! One night I ended up hsving 4 in a row trying to get a boost… all they did was make me puke! I was then on a mission to find other ways to raise my glucose! I tried candi s .(the sizes you give out on Halloween) next and those worked but in the middle of the night eating a candy and with my disability. Being unable to get up and brush my teeth… it just wasn’t going to work… back to the drawing board and I found these gels and they have been a Godsend!! I. Csn take a full one and get a big boost or a half one… folding the top over & paper clipping it so it doesn’t leak… the half will give me a small boost or will stop the drop as I call it (if my CGM says that my glucose is trending lower with a down arrow… a half gel will usually freeze it in place!! Given my disabilities… these gels are easy to use and manageable in the middle of the night and I don’t feel the need to brush my teeth after using one!! They are also pretty tasty!! I don’t mind needing to use one like I did with gummies!! I will suggest to anyone out there to give these a try, you won’t be disappointed!! Whether you’re looking for something new to replace your current glucose booster or you’re looking for your first one!! Don’t hesitate!! I will continue to buy these!! I keep them all over the place; they are very portable… they are in my purse, my car. My nightstand, my kitchen, my living room! If my child was diagnosed diabetic and needed glucose boosters occasionally too… I would definitely get these for her!!

My husband is a diabetic and he drops his sugar. I bought this for him to have on hand instead of always drinking orange juice. You get a nice amount per pack. Strawberry and Orange. Nice to have on hand for traveling long distances. If drop your sugar while traveling this beat taking a cooler with orange juice in it. Always go to have something else on hand.

I am a surgical diabetic totally dependent on my insulin pump. The scariest part of my condition are when my blood sugar drops unexpectedly. I keep these Transcend packets in my purse, my car, bedside, at my desk so when that blood sugar falls I can grab one and squirt into my mouth. It works faster than fruit juice.
