I've used other liver supplements in the past including straight milk thistle and mushroom based products. On occasion I would get some slight dull pain in my upper right abdominal area and have difficulty with digestion. After a couple of weeks with this product the dull pain has been nonexistent and digestion is better. So far so good!

I loved this detox complex. It's easy to take and I like how it complements my daily routine. The presentation is very good and I am satisfied with my purchase. I recommend it!

I feel like is helping clear my intestines. Being regular has become less likely as I’ve aged. For me it has no aftertaste or side effects. Since I’ve never taken prior and I am not due for lab work until September I don’t feel like I can honestly give more than 4 stars. I will buy again.

Amazon has the product at a similar price point as other supplements containing fewer ingredients, The bottle can be purchased with 60, 70, 90, 120, and 180 capsules that are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. The larger the quantity the greater the savings. However, Amazon offers a subscription service with approximately a $3.00 discount. I did not accept the subscription offer because I wanted to make sure that the product was effective. After taking the Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair capsules for 30 days. I did not changed my life style and after 30 days I had my lab work redrawn and they were within a normal range. I know this is only a subjective review, but I maintained my lifestyle and food intake and the labs improved. So for me this is an effective product. Considering the effectiveness of Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair, coupled with the cost effective subscription service and quality, I have reordered the product and I am giving Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair I am giving this a 5 star review.

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this one deserves a shout-out! In August 2025, my doctor ordered blood work; every result on my lipid panel was high. At that time, my cholesterol was 215, and triglycerides were 234. I tried eating better and was doing minimal exercise since I work at a desk, and six months later they decreased to 205/218. Frustrated, I did some research. I kept reading about milk thistle and adding fish oil daily. I did both. I also added eating shrimp more often since I am not a fish eater. I did this for a solid six months. Yesterday I got my test results back, and I was floored. My Cholesterol is 179, and Triglycerides are at 158! I do think this has a lot to do with the liver cleanse and fish oil; they were the only things I added!

I am currently on my fourth bottle of this stuff, and I have nothing but great things to say! When I first started on this supplement, I was extremely inflamed and felt tired all day long. Within 4-5 days of taking this stuff, the inflammation went down tremendously in my face. I originally looked like I had been punched in the face, but after taking this, you could see my cheek bones again! Like I said I just started my fourth bottle, and I have had little to no inflammation (I still have the occasional glasses of wine or a few beers), my energy levels are way higher then what they used to be, and overall I just feel better. I highly recommend this product, I'll be a customer for life!

I bought this because I had a recent X-ray of my liver, and it said I had fatty liver disease, which there's no cure too. You can just help your liver to detox or you know, make it function better.So that's why I started taking this on my recent physical.The reports on my liver is now that it's doing very well.So that's why it's a five star

I've been re-ordering when my stock is depleting as I consider this product as a part of my dietary supplement because the effect is good on my body. Compared to the last time that I felt heavy, Now I never feel unwell when I overeat during lunch break or drink liquor. Worth the price and no harm in trying as it doesn't give life-threatening side effects.
