Definitely helps with periomenopause symptoms

I’ve been taking Perimenopause for about a month and a half and it has changed my life. Or, rather, it has given me my life back. I cannot believe how effective and side effect free these supplements are. I’m almost 44 and have been experiencing many perimenopausal symptoms for about three months. ALL my symptoms are gone. This product is magical.

I love the Solaray brand and have taken the Solaray saffron for mood to help with perimenopause. That works very well. I recently learned they had a perimenopause supplement and decided to try it to help with the hot flashes. I’ve been using it for about a week and all is going well, BUT around day 2 or 3 I noticed I started experiencing heartburn. I’ve had heartburn everyday consistently since it started. I am mindful of what I eat, have a pretty consistent diet and take a probiotic. I came back to the reviews and several people noted experiencing heartburn. As much as I would like to continue these, I unfortunately will not be able to.

These are very effective for me. Not everyone believes in holistic options and I know everyone’s situation is different but I am so very thankful that I tried this, it has so far saved me from hormone therapy. I feel back to be old self, worth every penny. I will share the advice from my Dr and the holistic shop that helps advise me: these should be used for 3 weeks then during cycle week (even on a missed month) take the PMS one by the same company. You can research it, it has to do with hormonal rhythm, to much to explain here.

This supplement has really been a life saver. I didn't realize it until I stopped taking them and then all my symptoms returned. Specifically the night sweats. Now I can sleep well. I don't wake up fatigued.

The Her Life Stages perimenopause supplement contains mostly iodine for thyroid support, chromium for blood sugar balance and maca root. Maca root is a form of ginseng that some claim improves libido. Although I did not notice any changes in the latter, I did feel like my sleep and moods were well regulated while taking this supplement over the last month. When the thyroid hormone is balanced, fewer night sweats and sleep interruptions occur. When I get better sleep, I am usually in a better mood the next day. Of course lifestyle, diet and individual stress levels also contribute to hormone balance, sleep and mood. So while I cannot definitively say the Her Life Stages supplement improved my daily sleep and mood, I can say with certainty that swallowing these 2 capsules a day had no negative affect on my sleep or mood. I would take this all natural vegan supplement again and offer it to any female friend.
