NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin for Men | 120 Capsules | 1 Month

I started taking this Whole Food multivitamin after looking for something better than the normal branded multivitamin that i usually buy each month. I was looking at a more 'Natural' multivitamin and this came on top time and time again from other reviews, it was praised for the high quality ingredients and review after review stated people noticed a huge difference in their health and well-being. After using Naturelo Whole Food multivitamins for over a month now i can honestly say i understand what they are talking about as i feel more alert, i have more energy and i have found i don't need to take a mixture of supplements as these 4 a day capsules (2 at Breakfast and 2 with Dinner) have everything you need in them. One of the things that i noticed was the quality of vitamins and minerals in these capsules, they are the most bio available and exactly what your body craves for. The difference with this multivitamin is that they use the best possible ingredients available for example Folate (as Quarefolic) this form is ready for your body to use to repair damaged DMA and doesn't need converting unlike folic acid which an estimated 50% of the population can't convert, Methylcobalamin as B12 for energy, along with natural Vitamin C (Organic Acerola Cherries) and natural Magnesium. One of the other things I noticed about this multivitamin is that it also contains a Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend along with added extras like Rutin, Lycopene, Lutein and Astaxanthin all of with are excellent for maintaining healthy eye sight. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and i will continue using Naturelo for this reason, I only want to consume natural things that have not been modified in labs, just read other reviews of this fantastic product. For what you get in this product verses the cost it is a absolute bargain.

Best multivitamin in the market. I have very sensitive stomach and get stomach aches or feel uneasy with bloating with other multivitamins. But this one is so light on stomach and digest properly. Glad i found this. Definitely recommend others, its worth the price.

Great supplements, I have been using generic multi vitamins for years before switching to these, Realising that, vitamins that are from a food source have a metabolic pathway so your body, uses the nutrients instead of passing them straight through your system, no more bright yellow wee as you pass all that ascorbic acid you took for vitamin C, I feel great for using these, more energy, good immunity, noticeably reduced eczema and hay fever, As a vegetarian doing a very physical job I’ll be sticking with these. Not sure.......it's pricey don't feel any difference since taking it. It says it's natural, I like the smell not sure if I'll buy again but only due to price

Well known and trustworthy brand. Made from organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Outstanding value. I highly recommend it if looking for a complex multivitamin. Also, (because it is made for plants) it is completely vegan friendly. If you already eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, still give the necessary support for your body. That is the only plant-based multivitamin when, after a few weeks of usage, really able to observed energy, performance and mood boost.

I am quite happy so far, tried them out over a week to see how they would react to my body. So Far I'm feeling an energy boost, more alert, but when first started I found it hard to sleep, but my irregular work pattern may effect this also. but has balanced out since. Not to be crude, my rest-room activity has been like clockwork with no issues what so ever. Overall I'm feeling much better, with better energy levels, kind of feel healthier you could say. I've had no negative effects so far, and predict I won't. Hense why I purchased more, its just a pitty you don't sell these in Ireland. As i have to order these through Amazon UK. Surely voted best multi-vitamin, should be easily purchased in most countries, and why would Local Pharmacies/businesses all over not be advertising and selling this product?

It gives me heavy headache a few hours after taking both in the morning and evening. I am not sure why but I usually don’t have this kind of reaction and I stopped taking it.

I'm a big NATURELO fan and have pretty much switched over to all their vitamin products now. Out of all them, this is the one that I believe has the most room for improvement. In terms of working, I have no issues with it. It works just as good, if not better, than any other multi-vitamin product out there. You can feel the difference as it's made from organic fruits and vegetables. It's not just a pill stuffed with artificial components. The boost you get from these and how much better you'll feel after taking these consistently is beyond noticeable. However, the two things that I'd like to see improve are 1) the price and 2) the quantity you need to take daily. In terms of price, it's $45 for a 30 day supply. That's a LOT to fork out just for a multi-vitamin. If you have other nutritional requirements you need to satisfy, then you're going to have a hefty monthly bill. Also, the dosage is four pills a day. Although you're getting a bottle of 120 pills, that's only 30 days worth. Most I've used are one maybe two pills a day - four is just way too much. I think an easy solution to both of these issues is to keep the same price, but adjust the formula so the same could be achieved in two pills a day. At that point, you now have a 60 day supply at a reasonable price point. Again as I mentioned earlier in my review, these work great and you can feel the difference when taking them. If the price and daily quantity is of no concern to you, this is absolutely the multi-vitamin to go with.
