Failed after 4 weeks!!
Very disappointed. This seems to be a generic hub which appears to have been branded and sold by both US Robotics and Octigen.It worked fine for a month and then disappeared from my system. It was getting power but failed to pick up anything plugged into it.Not very impressed!

US Robotics 4 Port USB3 hub
For my Toshiba L775-17H with just one USB3 port this is an excellent piece of kit. Well made. Has its own power supply so when I have 4 peripherals attached it works just fine,

US Robotics Help Desk VERY Helpful
But this just wouldn't work. Sent it back to the supplier on the advice of US Robotics help desk. Only got a partial refund because the supplier in Germany said it was working when they tested it. Ummmm, OK, if you say so. Still I bought another make, the AnkerĀ® Uspeed USB 3.0 4-Port Hub and that works like a dream. Just plug it in and away you go.
