Some of these have come with a, to me, bitter after taste. This one is good quality and tastes great.

Makes outstanding sauce or add to any stew, you can even added to pasta almost anything really.

I was searching for Au Jus for Prime Rib, but they all had sugar. Demi Glace is the creme da la creme of sauces! People complain about the price and size, however I worked in a fine restaurant where they made it from scratch. The amount of labor and resources to make it is expensive. Plus, I don't understand how people use half a container for one meal. I use a tablespoon and it covers my prime rib. Exquisite taste and thank you guys for making this available to the public. I will always buy from you!

I expected better from this company; the flavor was lacking in intensity. Very little natural flavor or collagen.very disappointed.

This is mad close to the real thing. Better than the rest out there.

My fault i did not read the product label i assumed a 2 lb bucket at $75 would be a concentrate and last me for a long time. This is NOT the case for a party of 6 i used almost 1 lb for my Demi Glacé doing the math that was over $35 for one meal. On a good note it is very good Demi Glacé, If price is not a concern this is a good product. But i would not purchase again, the only reason for a low rating i was very disappointed in price point.
