I purchased these (3) as my young granddaughters wanted trees in their bedrooms over Xmas.Well what fun we all had with these!!!Highly recommend.

Bought the Christmas tree version a year ago for my niece who is scared of trees/big bushes etc. I had previously watched a few animated christmas tree nursery songs with her when babysitting to model my own excitement, then gave the toy tree with a recorded song I sung this month. She loves playing with it (and my brother hates hearing my "toy-ified" voice on loop which is even better)! She's just under 2 and recognises voices so it feels like the best time to gift it. It's soft and cuddly too, so if anyone has a scared little one, maybe having a soft, small sensory version may help visually introducing the christmas tree, before gradually introducing the tougher christmas branches, the bigger tree etc.However, it doesn't have a manual. The toy had 2 stickers instead - 1 above an invisible button where you can record your own voice and instructions, and the other above a 2nd invisible button with other traditional pre-recorded christmas songs. But with younger kids, instruction stickers aren't ideal. The DIY recording button only allows you to record about 10 seconds (a blessing in disguise for my family), but the pre-recorded christmas songs are much longer (and more pleasant to the ears).

This item has been great fun over the holidays. While it can sing and play music while dancing, the most fun has been with the repeating mode. It will listen and repeat whatever you say to it, but in a higher pitch. Has kept the little ones (and some of the big ones) entertained. Build quality is good, sound quality is good. Highly Recommended.

This plush singing/dancing tree has become a firm favourite in my household and has and continues to produce alot of laughter. Especially watching the dog around it haha. It's smaller than I expected. It has 2 modes. 1 it plays a choice of three christmas songs and 2 if you hold the button down and say something I will repeat what you've said. With every sound it dances and spins around. Also it lights up. The sound quality isn't the best but it's good enough. Contains USB so can be charged which is alot better than batteries in my opinion. Such a fun addition to our Christmas decorations. I'd recommend.

Arrived with no charger

This Christmas gingerbread man toy has 4 operating modes.i) Switch the toy ON under the base and it default into echo mode. If you speak directly at the gingerbread man. He will echo back what you say in a childish voice.ii) Holding the left button down on the front for 3 seconds switches into RECORD mode.iii) Briefly pressing the left button, causes the toy to recite recorded messages.iv) The right button on the front activates a single jolly Christmas song. The Gingerbread man sways and turns 180 degrees whilst singing. Lights flash at the same time. The three recorded song are ...a) Christmas Rock (American male soloist)b) Let it Snow (American female soloist)c) Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (American male soloist)The audio quality of the song is surprisingly good. Echoed back voices are charming and fun. The gingerbread enjoyable just to look at as a quiet attractive ornament. Good value for money.
