Love this player!
I may be young, but I’ve been listening to cassettes my entire life, this player makes me feel like I’m back to my childhood days. It’s incredibly sturdy and the sound quality is great, and I feel like it’s worth the money. It’s easy to use and I get to listen to all the music I love and all my parents old tapes.

Recording/Playing is amazing for someone just getting started or returning to cassettes!
Some of yall are tripping. This cassette player/recorder is amazing. Is it the best quality out there? I have no idea this is my first decent one. I will say I purchased another top rated brand from amazon that was technically a converter, and that was Nintendo Ds speaker like when it came to quality. I am just wanting to record a playlist here and there to a tape and start a collection of tapes and be able to listen to them. Re Are Rewind shouldn't get that much hate from the cassette community. This cassette player is great for the price compared to some "vintage" ones I have seen on Ebay. I do not think the cassette community really understands who this product is for, it seems to me to be targeted towards a newer audience who would like to experience cassettes for the first time or revisit them. I have listened to Spotify for years and honestly can't really tell a difference other than a small "hissing" sound, but that isn't really noticeable. I have a few songs on Spotify that already add that "hiss" near the end of a song for the vintage feel. I almost didn't buy this product because the reviews made it seem like it was another crappy cassette player that you couldn't enjoy. Reddit made it seem like recording on one of these was gonna be the worst mistake I ever made, that is not my experience. I saw a comment saying We Are Rewind are a bunch of hipsters who wanted to cash in on cassettes, but the irony is that comment is coming from people who only buy old *ss players so they can look like they are from the 80's. Hipsters calling other people hipsters is crazy. I personally am glad I spent the money on this device, I'd rather support a company that is currently producing new cassette players so they can see the demand and possibly get the money or connections needed to make cassette players with all the cool features they had before but with a modern twist. I don't understand how only buying used players or decks is gonna help this dying form of entertainment. Sony is clearly not gonna make Walkmans anytime soon, they blew up with all the shows featuring cassettes and can clearly see the demand for the old Walkmans on Ebay, yet didn't cash out. I have been given two Walkmans by family members and they always have a broken belt. I could fix it, however I'd rather buy a newer one vs a $700 "vintage" deck that is parts only.

Great build quality, works well
Surprised my father with this as he has many tapes, self made and bought, but cannot play them when he most wants to: in the car, walking outside, etc. He absolutely loves it and now rolls deep with about twenty tapes in the backseat. Build quality is fantastic. It feels sturdy with some reassuring weight but not in an unwieldy way. Bluetooth has had some issues connecting at first but got there eventually with no problems once paired. Sound quality is ok: definitely turn it up on your Bluetooth or output source before turning it up on the player itself to decrease any hissing. No complaints on battery life or charge time.

VERY good. Minor misses. Buy it.
This is really good. I've had it about 3 weeks and use it regularly. The battery lasts long enough for me to forget when I charged it last. The feel of the player is solid and well-made. Loading tapes makes all of the satisfying sounds you want. Usually I Bluetooth to headphones, but I also listen via headphone jack to my car. My headphones are cheap but it sounds clear and predictable. It sounds amazing through the jack on a BMW Hi-Fi system. Complaints... - When fast forwarding or rewinding it doesn't stop after it's done. I worry a little that it might hurt itself continuing to try. - The hatch wants to close itself to the point that it's hard to load it one handed. On the plus side, it doesn't open when you don't want it to.

Worst Product Ever
This is the worst Bluetooth I've used. It's difficult to connect this to a speaker. It's slow and you get the impression that it's just not connecting. Sometimes it connects. But then, when the side runs out and you open it to flip the tape, you have to reconnect the Bluetooth, which is as stated, super not easy to do. And when it's rewinding or fast forwarding, it doesn't stop automatically. I had the great idea of hard wiring this device with a cable to a portable speaker. That will obviate the need for a Bluetooth connection. But then after 2 minutes, it just stopped. After charging for 24 hours, still nothing. Thank you to Amazon for taking it back. Great customer service. Avoid this company like the plague.

Nostalgia Achieved
I love the design, sound quality is great! I got it with the intention of using the Bluetooth connectivity, but had some trouble connecting certain phones. I enjoy connecting with the music this way and am frankly a slave to this trend at the moment. No skipping or stopping (unless expected) much more reliable and enjoyable than a CD player. I've heard some users experience a lot more issues, but I haven't. I like the rechargeable battery. Works as expected.

Poor quality and no product longevity, broke in months
While I enjoyed it for a few months, it no longer works properly. The timing belt, or something in the cassette player is off, so all my tapes sound warbled and slow. The volume also doesn't go nearly high enough. The quality of this is not worth the price, this should really be in the $40-50 range. It looks cool whi8ch is why it's getting more than one star.
