my favorite rod of all my rods
I spent this past summer fishing with this rod. I absolutely LOVE it! I have bigger rods, but this one is my go to. The way i can fling the smallest bait or jig is seriously amazing. Often I heard other fishermen near me talking about how it looked like a baby rod, and everytime without fail i out fished them. I am not exaggerating. out of 10 people with their huge setups on any of my local ponds or lakes, they would all be beating up the water, and I would be pulling out 20 inch trout, 3-4 pound bass, and some huge perch. some of the guys would see it and just give up fishing and leave! Give ultralight a try. seriously changed my fishing game.

Great BFS rod. Good sensitivity and can throw light lures a good distance when paired with a good reel.

What a beautiful little rod
I just received this Rod as a replacement for a Daiwa BFS which I broke while I was fishing yesterday. Unclear whether it was defective or user error as I had only finished the rod three or four times. At any rate, I needed a rod quickly and this one received excellent reviews so for $60 why not! The finish is perfect, and I will fish with the rod this afternoon to see if it lives up to its hype. If so, along with the absolute beauty of the rod finish, it will be a bargain and money well spent.

Pleasantly surprised
This rod has great sensitivity. Bought in UL to use for trout fishing. It is tough, casts very well and has great sensitivity. I have a g. Loomis rod that I handed down to my some that I payed quite a bit for and this rod is as good. I like the click reel retention setup. It is positive with no slop. I plan to buy another.

Got spin-6'-l-mf-2pcs: great rod for the money for ultralight/light
The rod is super sensitive, I chose light vs UL and up to 3/8 oz for lures. This setup has a great variety of lures to use from 1/16 to something like rapala ripstop 09. Btw, the customer service is great, I had a few questions they addressed very fast. You can look them up on their website if needed.
