Fantastic chair! Really easy to assemble, clear instructions and takes about 15 mins. Comfy and firm enough to sit for a good couple hours without having to get up and walk about. Good back support! Reclines enough to not feel like you're going to fall backwards. The vibrating massage feature is nice and reclings enough to relax sitting in it but it definitely more for your back then your shoulders or neck. It's solid once put together and relatively heavy and sturdy. I'm really impressed for the price point and well worth £85.99! My only critique is the foot rest mechanism feels really cheap and flimsy but I don't plan on using it anyway.

Very well made and very comfortable. Both seat level and back of chair are adjustable. It was also extremely easy to assemble. Absolutely recommended!

It a nice chair, like the massage function, like the Blue colour, ajustable function are good and comfortable, down side hence 4 stars is the foot rest, too short, comes out when you turn the chair and uncomfortable to use as it only can put you carves on it doesn't extend enough

Purchased this item in April, it was unused for a month so in total it's had a full 4 months full use. First problem the seat was comfortable for all of 3 weeks before the padding failed and it now feels like you're sitting on hard plastic, this for anyone who uses the chair long term will find a very numb bottom after a couple hours sitting in it. Second problem the seat has begun tilting heavily forward making it feel like you're being force out of the seat, no amount of backrest adjusting will counter its severity and its almost impossible to sit in. If you're looking for a long term office chair I recommend looking for a different brand.

I found this chair easy enough to put together by following the instructions — no issues there. The massage feature is OK, nothing incredible, but I wasn’t expecting a full spa experience, so that part was fine. Based on the build and features alone, I would have given this chair 5 stars. Unfortunately, the comfort just didn’t last. When I first put it together, the padding felt soft and really comfortable. But after just a few weeks of regular use, the cushion has flattened so much that you can feel the internal structure of the chair. It’s gone from comfy to hard and unsupportive pretty quickly, which was really disappointing. In the end, I had to buy a separate cushion just to make it usable for long periods. It’s a shame because everything else about the chair was decent for the price. If you’re looking for a chair for short-term or light use, it might still be worth it. But for everyday or long-term sitting, the lack of durable padding is a real drawback.

Needed a practical & comfy home office chair and after checking out several others, this seemed to tick all my boxes. There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.

This is a good chair at a good price. Looks great! Quite compact compared to some gaming style chairs which suits my office. Good height and back adjustment. Can be used all day as long as you get up every now and then and have a quick walk about. I have 2 of these in my office, soon to be 3, and am pleased with them.
