Husband fell in love with these.He could not praise them enough. The added length was a bonus for getting low riding items like our riding lawn mower on and off the trailer. Aluminum means no rust! And also lightens up the weight. Our old ramps were very heavy. Very sturdy and handles a lot of weight with ease.
