I didn't have any side effects what so ever. That's a good place to start. Supplements like these are very hard to judge. I've been taking zinc, magnesium, and D3 alongside Boron. My libido has increased without a doubt. However, I have no clue if this had any effect. Anyways, it's a mild supplement which is only supposed to boost free T level by a small 10-15%. So don't expect much.
