I've been using it for weeks to replace 1 or 2 meals a day. Once in a while I replace all 3. My waist has gone down and my energy has gone up. This did not happen instantaneously. Some benefits do happen quickly, like replacing breakfast with it has made me sharper. Recently I've noticed I'm having more energy, it's been really nice to have some energy because I'd started feeling old.

This shake WORKS!!! It is flexible to use as a base flavor to then either sprinkle in some Psyllium Husks - tastes like porridge, or add fruit for a delicious fruit shake... coffee shakes, and some cinnamon too - yummmmmmy... make sure to add crushed ice and blend away!!! All without sacrificing too much on your weightloss goals... I'm never hungry.

These shakes taste quite good, even if only including water and powder in the shaker. Very easy and convenient. I tried both the vanilla and original and I liked the original best. I gave 4 stars because I hoped that even though they are only dairy and soy (the dairy being skim milk and cultured) that the dairy would not be a problem for me -- but I once again had to learn that I personally have to avoid all forms of dairy products. Otherwise, I think it's a great meal replacement shake.

It works. Definitely will help you lose weight.

This may work for some people. But it gave me digestive issues. The taste isn't great. But I didn't mind it. I wish everyone reaches their goals. That can tolerate it.

Really like this product use it my protein drink

I started Almased April 2, 2025 , I lost 7 lbs in 5 days so far . The best diet ever !! I never feel hungry and I definitely have more energy . I absolutely love this ! Jackie K A new add on to my review, by June 15, i lost a total of 25 lbs . i have a ton of energy and walk every morning and sleep very well at night. I drink Almased for lunch , eat a good breakfast and dinner . I feel great and look great too. Thank you Almased Jackie K.
