It did come with a small ghop on one of the clear panels, but no big deal.Some things I learned that others seem to struggle with:The correct ball size is 2 inches.How to open it:1) Unscrew the top to load balls and leave unscrewed.2) twist the lock on the front.3) push back/up on the clear box.4) pull forward on the door it hinges at the bottom.Boom it is open. To put back together reverse.The coins fall into a plastic bin on the inside looks like it has enough space for about $75 IN QUARTERS. ### ⭐ Had to return.
