Hi! Hope you are well.Can this machine be used to punch nail heads of face fixed wood floors into the wood so the nail heads are not flush?

Item did not arrive, but have used one. Dont think it will punch nail heads below plank surface as it is. You may find that it would drive a nail punch to achieve that end, rather like a hammer would drive a nail punch. maybe look on utube for one in use, you may than be guided. Hope this helps. A

Can it remove 4inch nails.

It is better than I thought. I can't see why it should not, ever thing that will fit in it should be removed. But mind out that you put a bucket of water or something under were you a firing the nail out so it don't shot out and hurt someone. I hope this is helpful.
