Such a great investment. I love this thing so much. I work 12 hour shifts that consists of walking and standing on concrete for most of the shift.This has improved so much of my feet pain. The pressure and heat level is perfect for me. I do wear socks every time I use it so i don’t risk burning myself. I’m very ticklish too. So I make sure I placed the kneading setting to medium or high. I let it do its thing for however long it lasts till it automatically shuts off. I got little feet if that helps anyone. I wear a size 6 and narrow footed with a small arch so I have some wiggle room. Typically the balls of my feet hurt the most. So I would put my heel closest to the edge of the foot massager and it’ll primarily massage where the pain is. This is my favorite thing to use after the end of every shift and before I go to bed. I would recommend this to anyone to alleviate any feet pain and fatigue.

My feet and hands are always cold. My blanket turns cold if my feet touches. Socks don’t help at all. It is really that bad. Compared to other model that I ordered(and eventually returned), this one massages better with more pressure and it reaches my heels, and the remote controller makes a huge difference! You dont have to go under the desk to change the settings or turn it on/off repeatedly.
