Affordable with Good Quality
I'd originally picked up my Air4 Pro pair as a recommended alternative to Raycons -- both on the price point, as well as the quality. I've been using these actively for a little over a month almost daily and I've been pretty pleased for the most part. The sound quality is surprisingly good for what you're paying for. I haven't had any problems with battery life, I usually get around 6 hours of use if I'm not using active noise cancellation or passthrough. Using ANC and passthrough brings it down to about 3-4 hours of use, which I think is a fair trade for the utility. The ANC is very effective, if you're looking for something that will keep your walks relatively quiet then this will do the trick. Passthrough works like a charm and delivers well. Overall it all does what it says on the tin and doesn't feel cheap about it.I think the trickiest part is the gesture controls. Sometimes they don't register my touch, or I'll go to adjust them and accidentally rewind or pause what I'm listening to. This is something I've gotten pretty used to, and I find myself using the gesture controls with decent success, now. Pausing when you remove your earbuds, or removal detection, can be a little finnicky. I find that my earbuds will pause when removed appropriately most of the time, but occasionally not. When they do pause on removal and when I reinsert them, they will usually resume just fine without issue.Sometimes, if I am eating, the earbuds will pause with the removal detection as well. This can be a bit annoying, but it's a very specific issue that doesn't really come up often.Overall, I would recommend the SoundPEATS Air4 Pro if you're looking for a lower-medium noncommittal price for a pair of earbuds that still deliver without losing too much in quality. If I find that something comes up with my future use I'll likely edit this review later.

Bluetooth compatibility
UPDATE: after I had returned these the company reached out and asked if I would be willing to try another set, and gave me some directions on turning on "Advanced" mode in the Bluetooth settings in Windows. I had never heard of this before, but after the second set had the same problem as the first and wouldn't show up when discovering Bluetooth devices, I went digging. Turns out that Windows does in fact have a setting that was preventing the earbuds from showing up. In the Settings app under "Bluetooth & devices" and "Devices", there's a setting called "Bluetooth devices discovery" that is set to "Default". Once I changed this to "Advanced", the SoundPEATS earbuds showed right up and connected without any trouble.Once I got past this hurdle the earbuds were much easier to like - they sound pretty good and are pretty comfortable. I was even pleasantly surprised by the "Game Mode" feature, which reduced latency down to a level where it's much less noticeable in video games. I would say the biggest negative is the case - it's very cheap feeling and you have to rotate the earbuds 180 degrees before inserting them, which is different from every other set of earbuds I've used. But it's a minor complaint and overall the earbuds themselves are well designed and I'm happy with them.I'm still knocking a star off of the rating because 1) I don't understand why these earbuds need Bluetooth settings in Windows to be changed when every other set of Bluetooth earbuds and headphones don't, and 2) the included paperwork with the earbuds doesn't mention any of this. It's obvious that SoundPEATS support is aware of the issue since they pointed me in this direction, but I feel like they should have made this clearer. For the next version I would recommend two things to SoundPEATS - make these easier to connect to Windows, and spend some more time and money on improving the case, especially since this is their top of the line model.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My use case - I was looking for an affordable set of Bluetooth earbuds that work with Windows so I could use them for video/games/casual use. I own an older set of SoundPEATS earbuds that have worked great over the years and I wanted to try a higher quality set from the company. I got these on sale for a great price considering the feature set.I was able to successfully pair these with both my iPhone and a MacBook Pro (which use the AAC codec), but unfortunately I couldn't get these to work with two different computers running Windows - they wouldn't show up when I repeatedly searched for Bluetooth devices. Other earbuds/headphones I own work fine, so I'm sure this wasn't user error. I also made sure the earbuds were updated to the latest firmware using the SoundPEATS app for iOS, so I think there must be a bug in the current firmware. Besides the Bluetooth issues, I was also disappointed by the SoundPEATS app for iOS. The app is missing English translations in a few spots, and the English wording that is there is confusing. I was able to get it to work, but I wouldn't say it was a great user experience for a native English speaker.I didn't get a lot of time to test out the audio quality of these earbuds, but from what I heard when connected to my iPhone it sounded decent. The earbuds were also reasonably comfortable, which is important for me as I usually wear earbuds for extended periods of time. But overall I needed a set of earbuds that work with Windows and these let me down. If you're looking at these earbuds and you're only planning on using them with a phone they still may be worth a look, but if Bluetooth compatibility is important to you I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The Soundpeats Air4 Pro earbuds offer excellent value for their price
The Soundpeats Air4 Pro earbuds offer excellent value for their price. Here are the key points:Sound Quality: The 13mm drivers deliver solid bass and clear sound across various music genres. The SOUNDPEATS app offers several equalizer presets, including custom and adaptive. The EQ has nine frequency channels, enough to fine-tune it to perfection.Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The ANC effectively blocks constant background noise, like air conditioning fan and compressor noise. After ANC was set, the noise could still be heard, so I had to replace the earbud tips with the correct size tips. The earbud tips are elliptical, so I had to orientate the tips before mounting them on the earbuds. The app allows switching between Normal, ANC, and Transparency modes.Battery Life: With up to 26 hours of battery life via the charging case. Each charge lasts about 6.5 hours, and the USB-C connection recharges the case charger bank quickly.Multipoint and Multi-Device Functionality: The Air4 Pro supports connecting to multiple devices simultaneously and in Mixer, Multi-Output Device on any Apple computer. I set up four audio devices synced in Drift Correction mode on my MacBook Pro (please see screenshots). In-ear detection works flawlessly.

Exellect quality ANC, Transparancy, and Sound Quality at more than half the cost of the big big guys
This is an amazing pair of earbuds. The price/quality is just amazing for all the features you are getting. I also have other Bluetooth earbuds like the Marshall Motif, Galaxy Live, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, Creative Aurvana Ace, and Sony WF-1000XM3.The SoundPeats Air4 Pro definitely competes with these at more than half the cost. I was looking for some cheaper earbuds I can use at work that had solid Transparency so I can hear my surroundings if coworkers want to get my attention and these do the job very very well. If I left the buds at work, it also wouldn't hurt my wallet and would easily buy another. I put the sound quality close to my Galaxy Buds Live (which I looooove).Has a good amount of bass (not too bloated and does overpower other frequencies). The highs are just right, no sibilance and easy on the ears. I would like the mids a bit more forward as I'm really use to the Sennheiser sound where the mids take center stage (i love vocals to be more forward). Overall the sound quality is pretty balanced.A bonus of these buds having multi-point connection so I can connect both my Phone and PC at the same time and automatically switch inputs. APTX is also a big plus for me as I now use these for gaming on PC connected to a Creative BT-W5 usb dongle. Hardly any audio lag and they sound fantastic! The other earbuds I mentioned in the review can't even game like these SoundPeats as they have some noticeable audio lag. Definitely BUY THESE NOW if you are looking for some buds to use for gaming.

Not good for exercise, and they get worse
These kinda suck about 85% of the time. I got some soundpeats headphones years ago in college when I had little money and was really impressed by them. They still work great they’ve just slowly been getting quieter over time. Figured I’d get these for a refresh, but like I said most of the time they’re no good. The majority of time I use headphones is when I’m working out, mostly running. The problem is by default they pause your music if either headphone senses it’s come loose from your ear. These stay in my ear fine, but however it determines a headphone is loose is so sensitive that it constantly pauses my music during a run. Even just walking sometimes triggers this. I genuinely don’t know why this would be a default feature and so sensitive. Probably just going to switch back to the old pair for the time being and get something else for the future. This is a new edit, but these suck even more now. I use these mostly when I’m working stationary now. Typically I’ll only use one so I can be somewhat aware of my surroundings, but will have both in when I need to focus. This morning I needed to do just that, and as I go to put the second one in, I realize it’s somehow come unpaired from the other earbud. And even forgetting the device and starting the whole pairing process over again won’t get them to link up. So now I just have a dud earbud that’s useless. These now suck 95% of the time

Best buds at any price!
I have borrowed my nephews Apple AirPod Pro buds, and I also ordered the liberty 4’s, both very highly rated. Neither one of those top rated brands. Could replace the sound of my original Soundpetes mini pros I’ve had for years. They have excellent base good meds and nice highs that you can tweak within the app. Admittedly the app is bad, but the earbuds are great. I’ve used them so much and for so long that the batteries are starting to wear out so I have been wanting to replace them. After trying the other two highly rated expensive earbuds and not hearing the good sound that my mini pros had I decided it was maybe in my best interest to try SoundPEATS again. And as it turns out price has really nothing to do with quality because these things cost 1/4 of the others and sound 100 times better. I love that they can connect to my phone and my MacBook at the same time. The battery life is great. The sound is amazing. They have a new app and it’s way better. I can’t recommend these enough. I know you’ll think because there under $100 they’re not that great but that’s just not true. They sound better than $200 earbuds. Trust me on this

Almost Amazing
I really like these earbuds. They fit great, they stay securely in my ears, they sound awesome, and battery life is just about what I expected. There are two things that are holding them back from being amazing. Neither one being a real deal breaker for me, so I am giving a rating of 4 stars. The first is with the controls. The touch controls are a little less than intuitive. I will eventually get used to it, but I don't understand why they changed it from older models in their lineup. The second is the noise cancelling. While the noise cancellation itself is great, there is a weird thing with them that the noise cancelling toggles off every time music gets paused, even though the earbuds believe they are still in 'ANC on'. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but probably 80%. It is simple enough to toggle it back on, but it is a bit annoying when you are trying to get something done because it takes a minimum of about 10 seconds to get it back on (Have to touch and hold the left earbud three times for three seconds each time to switch into passthrough, then to normal, then back into ANC on). Like I said, easy enough, but really annoying, especially when you have to pause several times in a short time period.

OMG
The air 4 was amazing as it is, but when I said they were little sub woofers these step it up a level or 4. Like where do they get the time to make these things so good. When I first started using soundpeats it was with the air 3 and I thought they were some random no name and tried them for the shape (not wanting to pay the apple premium). I didn't expect to find a brand that was actually worth it but these things give airpods a run for their money. Every time I grab a new pair they find another way to make them better. Here I am today after having used the air 4 pro for a couple months and enjoying every bit soumdpeats has to offer. These things have the craziest pass through as well. I don't know how they managed it but it's perfect so perfect infact that if u have it on ur gonna have to play some bassy music just to make sure they're in right, but don't let that scare u as they don't lose any quality either. Let's let that be a testament to their comfort too. Like wth guys, I can hear everything like they're not in my ears but the sound is like it's surrounding me. The lows are so low that if ur not careful u will wind up feeling discombobulated. While the mids and highs keep Killin it at the same time unlike other bassy speakers these retain their volume in every aspect maintaining perfect clarity. The battery is good too leaving more play time between charges. I can't wait to see how the newer air series earbuds do. Can't believe I went back to earbuds with a rubber bit it makes all the difference. Worth every penny especially against apple. And since they want me to say it they pair to ur device easily if it supports Bluetooth audio it'll do it. For mobile make sure ur using their app (peats audio) as that's where u access all their settings along with a reset if u make them bug out (don't spam the settings back and forth 🤣👌).
