Must Install Windows 7 Drivers Manually for windows 10 or 11 computers.
As said above Install windows 7 drivers Manually for windows 10 and 11 computers. Once done it worked perfect. They do get really hot so make sure you have great cooling flowing over it or add a small Noctua Fan onto it and run the fan from your motherboard fan header.

Nice Intel Dual NIC card
Bought this because I'm upgrading some of my home network to 10Gbps for some of my computer connections. At first, I was worried whether or not this had a genuine Intel NIC controller. On the back of the card was a code on a sticker and a website I could use to verify its authenticity. It was an Intel controller.I tested this card our in an external PCI-e Thunderbolt 3 enclosure so I did not have to shut down any computers or my sever. I was able to get ~8.9 - 9.1 Gbps between this card on my Macbook pro and my gaming computer. Yes that is not full 10Gbps, but it is on par with the current Asus 10Gbps NIC (Asus XG-C100E) which were ~$100 and only have 1 RJ45 jack.I will probably put this in my file server to get more bandwidth.Only slight downside is this is an older intel controller, but it still works at the highest speed.

Finicky jacks
This card has genuine Intel logos and worked immediately after installing the X540-T2 driver from Intel's website. Both ports function and negotiated for me at 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps. Latency and throughput matched my other adapters on my 1 Gbps connections. The 10 Gbps link was negotiated without issues and transferred at expected speeds. I did not have a device to fully saturate the connection, but I expect this device will work like any other intel card. The card itself requires an 8X slot and comes with a heatsink installed and an optional low-profile bracket. My only complaint is that the ethernet ports require significant pressure before the RJ45 cable locks in place, and there is never an audible click to let you know it is secure. I tested this with multiple cables all with the same result. Overall, this card is a very good value and it performs like all other Intel 10 GbE cards I have used. Just make sure your cables are inserted securely.
