Thanks to This Sleeve
I'll be straight with ya—I hated that knee brace the doc gave me so much, I just wasn't wearin' it. It was hot, itchy, slidin' down all the time, and left these nasty marks on my skin. My doc told me I was screwin' up my recovery, so I went lookin' for somethin' that could help. Found this sleeve, figured why not try it, even though I wasn't too sure at first. But let me tell ya—it changed everythin'. First off, the slip resistance—it’s legit. The sleeve actually grips my leg, and it gives the Velcro on the brace somethin' to really stick to. My brace doesn't slide down my calf every hour anymore. I was between sizes, so I went up one, and I'm glad I did—the sleeve size is perfect. It's comfy without squeezin' the life outta my leg. The fit? Fantastic. Feels like a second skin—supportive but not tight. And the soft material? Total game-changer. It breathes, so I'm not sweatin' like crazy, and the material softness gives my skin a real nice layer of protection. No more red lines or rubbin' marks. My skin's actually happy now. Overall, the functionality of this sleeve is wild. It doesn't just make wearin' the brace more comfortable—it actually makes the brace work. I wear it this way every time now, and my doc's finally off my back. This sleeve wasn't just some add-on—it was the missin' piece I needed. Can't even imagine goin' back to wearin' that brace without it. Seriously—it’s that good.

Great comfort and support
I’m very happy with the DOUKOM Knee Brace Undersleeve. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and fits perfectly under my clothes without feeling bulky. The material is breathable and provides just the right amount of compression and support throughout the day. It stays in place during movement and helps reduce discomfort, especially when walking or standing for long periods. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable knee support for everyday use or light activity.

Godsend for running injuries
I frequently do long distance running and a lot of the time when I increase my mileage I get a little ache in my knee and I'll put a sleeve or a brace on my knee to help support it to keep it from progressing and I find that I can't wear brace for long periods of time because its so abrasive on the back of my knee so for two years now I've just kind of accepted that that was how it is supposed to be and that I'm the problem? I was so happy to find out that they sold these things because I was honestly considering trying to go to a thrift store, finding a long sleeve t-shirt that was way too big for me, and just cutting the sleeves off to put under my braces because when I would do a race and run it at full effort and throw out my knee and my knee hurts whenever it's outside of a brace I would just be so sad because I would have to choose between being able to to walk comfortably but with horrible skin irritation or to have my knee ache every time I moved around because I had to take my knee brace off. If you have sensitive skin and frequently have to rely on a knee brace or a knee sleeve to either stop any problem from forming or because you already have a knee problem then this is definitely for you! So the product itself is not terribly thick but it's not thin either I would probably say here in the Florida weather it's definitely going to cause me extreme sweating so I don't think I would be comfortable wearing this underneath pants but In shorts I think it would be okay although I do have to say that I do think you're going to need to wash this frequently because of sweat just from the material that it's made out of. I would say that if you're between sizes to size up because I was between a medium and a large and had I gone with a medium it would have been way too small for me, so I would say that this probably runs half a size too small so just size up! This has pretty good stitching and I don't see it breaking down quality wise other than if you get too small of a size and you stretch the ends too much so snap threads. There is no elastic in it but the material is slightly stretchy so do keep that in mind. There is zero slip resistant plastic on this leg sleeve so if your knee brace doesn't fit perfectly I would definitely expect it to slide around although my knee braces are all very fitted so I don't see that as a problem but don't buy this expecting any of the plastic bits on the end to keep it from slipping or to use this instead of a real brace. I am a little sad because I don't see this as a very expensive to make item so I would have been really happy had they made this a two pack instead of just sending me a single sleeve as I do think $11 is crazy extreme for what you're getting but when you're desperate you're desperate and to be honest going the cheap route of cutting sleeves off of a cotton t-shirt and trying to use that as a substitute it's kind of ugly and I'm a girl and I like looking good and the fact that this matches my knee brace is a definite plus for me. I am sad that I would either have to pay $20 to get two of these or have to hand wash this basically every few days because I currently have an injury after a 14 mile race and will likely be wearing this knee brace all the time for the foreseeable future so a little sad there.

Great after a knee replacement!
It was a great protective shield for my knee incision after I had a total knee replacement. It kept any debris from getting on the incision since I was wearing shorts. Even wearing slacks, it helped to keep the incision from any rubbing from slacks,, etc.

Seam sewing is not extremely robust
Fit and comfort are great but seam sewing is not strong enough. There is one place in my knee brace there the Velcro strap caused the sewing of the vertical seam to separate in both sleeves and I needed to hand sew to fix it.

Worked well under knee brace
I wore this under the TROM knee brace that I was in for 6 weeks. While it does have a slip resistant ring at the top and bottom, the top of the sleeve did want to slide a bit, but was held up by my brace strap. I was NOT looking for compression with this sleeve, just comfort under the brace and a barrier to bare skin and it provided that. It was comfy to wear all day underneath my brace and as long as my brace was tight enough nothing would slip. It’s definitely worth it for anyone that will be in a brace for long and wants an extra barrier

Not worth it
Material is comfy but there is absolutely no retention to material and it slides down and bunches up under brace causing more issue that help

They work good
They work good under my knee braces. I'm not fan of the standing seam, but the material work well at keeping my legs dry

A simple but genuinely useful layer that makes wearing a knee brace much more comfortable
I play volleyball regularly and dealing with knee soreness and muscle pain after games is something I have had to manage for a while. The chafing and skin irritation from wearing a knee brace throughout the day on top of that was adding to the discomfort, so I decided to try an undersleeve. This one has made a noticeable and immediate difference. The fabric is soft and thin enough that it fits discreetly under clothing without adding any noticeable bulk around the knee. The cotton and Lycra blend has a consistent stretch that sits snugly against the skin without feeling restrictive, and the gentle compression helps with relieving muscle soreness during and after activity. I washed it before the first use, which is worth doing as it had a faint smell straight out of the packaging. After one wash it was completely gone and the fabric came out just as soft. The main thing I was concerned about was whether it would stay in place during movement, and it has not been an issue. It does not bunch, roll down, or shift during a game or throughout the day, which was the whole point of trying it. Wearing the brace over it for extended periods including active play and recovery days, the undersleeve stayed exactly where it started. One thing worth noting is that it retains some warmth and moisture during more active wear, so having a second one to rotate between would be ideal for heavier training days. The fabric dries relatively quickly after washing, making that easy to manage. Overall a practical and well made product that solves a specific problem very effectively for anyone dealing with knee discomfort during sports or daily wear.

Works great
This is the 3rd sleeve I ordered for under my brace. The first 2 weren't stretchy so the fit had to be perfect, and soaked up sweat like a sponge. This was a fifth the price and the best one out of the 3. It's more of an underarms material so it stretches to fit good and it way lighter. It was also a little damp but not soaked like the others after a 22km mtn bike ride. It has rubber st the top as well to keep it from sliding down. They do fit tight tho. Sizing said medium, and I stretched it to the max getting it on. I'm OK with tight so it doesn't move buy it was a challenge. Order up a size if u want it to be easier. It also fits my brace with half an inch km each side. A little longer would be nice but it does work. My brace is the dkn joy defiance but the calf is short fo accommodate snowboard boots. The normal full length brace probably is to long. Just keep these things in mind. For me it worked great and is the best one iv ordered. The brace kn it's own ripped my leg apart when the dirt got in, the others still gave me skin irritation from the rubbing when I pedal, this one gave me no issues what so ever and stayed in place the whole ride. For $7 it's perfect. I ordered 5.

Protective comfort under your brace
Out of the box, this undersleeve is made of smooth material and in excellent shape. No odd smells or visible irregularities. It is easy to pull up the leg and over the knee. Very consistent stretch around the calf, knee, and lower thigh. It provides a lot of comfort under a brace without adding too much bulk or impeding mobility. I'm prone to skin sensitivity so I washed it before using, and it survived the gentle cycle like a champ. It didn't bunch up or roll down over the course of the day, which included desk work, walking, stairs, and a light workout. This means I didn't have to continuously stop to adjust the brace, even after getting a bit sweaty. I'd say it's breathable but doesn't really 'wick' moisture, though; it took some time to dry completely. I'm duly impressed. I think the sizing recommendation was accurate. My sole and slightly unreasonable complaint is that this didn't come in a set! I need at least two, so I can switch them out after workouts, or during hot and humid weather.

Snug Fit with Solid Protection - Just Be Mindful of Sizing
I’ve been using the DOUKOM Knee Brace Undersleeve under my brace for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s been a helpful addition, especially when it comes to protecting my skin from chafing and irritation. However, sizing is something to be aware of. Pros: • Skin Protection: Great at reducing friction and protecting the skin from brace-related scratches or inflammation. • Comfortable Material: Soft and breathable fabric keeps things relatively cool, even during extended wear. • Low Profile: Thin enough to wear under pants or athletic wear without bulk. • Stays in Place: Doesn’t slip or bunch up once it’s on, which is ideal when moving around. Cons: • Snug Fit: One size does not fit all. At 5’11”, I found the Medium on the tight side. If you’re on the taller or more muscular side, you may want to size up, if that’s an option. • Limited Stretch: While the fabric does have give, it’s not as forgiving as expected over time. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for an undersleeve to improve comfort under a knee brace, this is a solid choice, just double-check the sizing to make sure it’ll work for your build.
