Incredible results for skin, hair and energy! Evaluation: I've been using this supplement for a few weeks and I've already noticed a remarkable difference! It came very well packaged, and sealed. Pill is big enough to look powerful but small enough to swollow. It's also flexible, which I like (I prefer this rather than the hard ones. I also like it because it's vegan, which is very important for me. I have started noticing some eye sight issues (small ones), and I'm hoping this helps. It's great that it also influences skin, hair, and diminishes wrinkles. It looks very effective and I love it that it's made specifically for women! Excited for long term results! EDIT: I decided to try the Pink version too because of the amount of nutrients, and it’s great! The actual pill is a little different. Excited for the results

I recently ordered Healthy Aging from Self Nutrition as I found it the perfect addition to my supplement stack to help boost collagen production and combat signs of aging. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and energy levels after taking this supplement for 1 week. It seems to also have immune boosting qualities with vitamin C and turmeric, which is extremely beneficial as we head into colder months. I am very impressed with the quality of the packaging and branding. Self Nutrition goes above and beyond for their customers by even providing a nutrition guide which you can download for free from their website by scanning the QR code located on the bottle.

Update: I gave it 2 more stars because the company reached out to me and gave me a refund. Idk why I had an issue with this supplement. I normally never have problems with supplements. After the second or third day of taking this I started having a really annoying twitch in my inner thighs that lasted for well over 24 hrs and disturbed my sleep. The fourth day I had a migraine with a visual aura, and I only have those like once every 4 years. I quit taking it and 24 hrs later both were gone and didn't return.

I LOVE this supplement and the fact that it is just two capsules and it has a lot of benefits for your skin, hair, nails, vision and overall health. I downloaded the nutrition guide (QR code on the bottle) and I loved learning more about nutrition and how to take care of myself. A great BONUS! A well done one stop for energy boosting, sleep quality, cholesterol management and even different ways to promote health. I felt like I had a nutritionist in my pocket.

These vitamins work great for me. I seem to have more energy and I'm more motivated to do projects and exercise. Definitely worth the money. The packaging was great I highly recommend!
