This dehydrator is well-built, priced right, and incredibly easy to operate. I bought it specifically for drying herbs and making homemade yogurt, but it’s also perfect for our yearly tradition of making jerky and dried fruit. ​The controls are as simple as it gets—just set the time and temperature, and you’re in business. It runs very quietly with just a faint fan noise in the background; I actually keep it in my ranch office, and it doesn't bother me a bit while I work. ​It comes with several stainless racks that hold plenty of product. With a wide range of heat and time settings, it handles everything as slow or fast as you need. The wire grates work great for most things, but for soft fruits and vegetables, I’d recommend using the included plastic tray to keep things from sticking to the metal. ​I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with it. It’s a great addition to the place.

It works extremely well!! Was blown away at how fast it made beef jerky it called for 6 hours but it only took 4 hours and it was super crispy and delicious. Very quiet and very spacious. Seems very high quality and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a quality dehydrator. The rear fan makes it so easy to set and forget without having to worry about rearranging the trays.

This thing is awesome. I came from using a cheap round plastic dehydrator (you know the one) and there is no comparison. Pros: > HUGE capacity > Easy, intuitive controls allow you to dry exactly how you want > Not too loud > Very even drying > Good value for the money Cons: If there is a con, it's that the dehydrator is heavy and awkward to move around. That's to be expected, though. Overall, this is a great machine that I wish I would have bought years ago. I've used it to make jerky and meat sticks, dry pineapple, sweet potatoes and herbs. My tomato plants have been very productive this year, so I just finished a big batch of "sun dried" tomatoes.

I’ve been using dehydrators for about five years, and this is hands down the best one I’ve owned. The performance is consistent, the build feels solid, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. At first, I thought something was wrong because it took about 8 hours to dehydrate very thin chicken slices for my dogs. But after a few uses, I realized it was more about getting the process right. By the third attempt, drying time was cut in half and everything came out perfect. It runs very quietly, which makes a big difference if you’re using it regularly. One thing to note is that the front underside does get quite hot, so just make sure it’s placed on a heat-safe surface and you’ll be fine. Overall, this machine works extremely well and delivers reliable results once you get used to it. Highly recommended if you’re serious about dehydrating food or making treats at home.

The COSORI Food Dehydrator works really well and has plenty of space—the large tray capacity makes it easy to dehydrate big batches at once. It’s sturdy, runs quietly, and dries food evenly with great results every time. The only downside is cleaning the trays—they can be a bit time-consuming, especially after sticky foods like fruit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, still a great dehydrator and worth it!

This is a wonderful dehydrator, it's a perfect size for doing small batches to dehydrate. So far we've done strawberries, herbs and several different types of beef jerky. We've filled all the trays and everything gets dehydrated in the times set, it's easy to clean and not very loud. Due to it's smaller size, it fits great on the counter without taking up a lot of space. We think it's a great investment for all of our needs, and well worth the money.

This COSORI Food Dehydrator is great. It works like a charm, is very quiet, the temperature is accurate and evenly distributed within the dehydrator, and the unit and trays are easy to clean. Additionally, their customer service is top notch. They respond right away and work hard and quickly to resolve any issues. Any machine can malfunction and it is great to know that Cosori is always there for their customers whenever they need that support.

This works well - I've dehydrated apples, mushrooms, peppers, herbs, carrot tops, frozen mango chunks... and others. All came out great. Easy to use, and it fits on the counter easily. I was a little concerned about noise level, but it's much quieter than I'd imagined; just a gentle whirring sound when it's operating. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This is an American product and you can't just buy an adapter to use this in the UK. There'll be too much power going through it and it won't work. If you want to give it a punt, you'll also need to get a step down power converter which is hefty and costs half as much as this does.

Llevo más de un año con este producto y funciona a la perfección, no se sobrecalienta y tiene un panel de control muy práctico. El único tema es que las bandejas son algo pequeñas y, al deshidratar carne, los olores se esparcen mucho en el ambiente.

Definitivamente un producto estupendo, yo soy fan de la carne seca y esta deshidratadora trabaja muy bien, super fácil de usar. 100% recomendado.
