Add pizza steel to its list of uses
This grill is brilliant, I bought it for my oven actually. It's pre seasoned which is a plus so could just use straight away. And it's thick so retains heat beautifully.Turned onto the flat side and put directly under the grill mimics a pizza oven nicely! Let it heat up for a good half hour to an hour. I also used a pizza peel to put the pizza onto it as it gets screaming hot. Let it cool down in the oven and clean tomorrow!Love it

Heavyweight griddle.
This item was bought as a Christmas present for a relative, so I cannot yet report on its overall performance. However it arrived quickly,was extremely well packed,and seems well designed.All the features it has (drain hole, both ridged and flat cooking areas etc.) indicate that it will be very good at its intended purpose,and the overall mass of the grill plate means it will hold the heat well,once up to temperature.That's about all I can say constructively until we all get to use it for real !
