Master Storyteller
This book is a great collection of Rudyard Kipling’s short stories. He was a master of several literary genres. Most of these stories take place in India and involve Indian culture. I enjoyed several of his horror and science fiction stories. This book is a must have for fans of Victorian literature.

Fine collection of Kipling's best stories
I had this on my shelf for a while and finally decided to read it. The stories are excellent. The language is very exotic and colourful. Kipling should be read by anyone who likes a good story. After this I am going to read the newly published Selected Stories of Morley Roberts, the "Australian Kipling", who was actually English and friends with Kipling, to see if they really are similar. I hope so anyway.

I did not know he was som prolific
This volume includes a wide range of stories and subject matter, from the mystical to straight forward tales of soldiering and of course the classic Man Who Would be KingSome of his writing when he tries to "write with an accent" can be hard going but overall I am glad I bought it.

The book arrived soaking wet and warped / discoloured
You need to wrap this well printed and nicely bound book in waterproof plastic. Your delivery man left it outside where it had a soaking.

Good quality
Good quality Everyman's Library title that matches the current series.

Excellent.
Although only a selection of Kipling's short stories, these were well chosen, the product is excellently presented (with the clear typeface Everyman's Library series has accustomed us to) and represents a welcome addition to the curiously meagre availability of this brilliant writer's collected stories.
