Bought this to help stop some rain coming through the brickwork of the chimney in my loft after repairing some mortar. Haven't had any heavy rain since I used it so I can't tell how well it works, but it sprayed on very easily, dried quickly and was odourless.

Expensive
Can’t believe how expensive sealer is. I didn’t realise I’d ordered a sample and was shocked to receive such a tiny can. No instructions on the can with regard to application apart from drying time. I’m assuming it’s applied with a brush and hoping the brush will clean in white spirit. Not used yet as I need warm, dry weather in order to apply it to a drain gulley.
