I’ve had my retainers for 4 years. Even when I brush them and soak them for hours in retainer cleaning tablets there is still residual build up in some of the crevices. Some ads popped up for dental pod and they are going for $100+, so I check out Amazon and came across this. Way more affordable and thought if it didn’t work at least I tried and it wasn’t a huge chunk of change down the drain. I am happy I took the chance! My retainers look brand new, it was quick (3 minutes) and clean up was as easy at dumping out the water and a quick rinse. I went a step further and washed some rings. I could see the dirt shaking off during the cycle, didn’t know they were that dirty but they sure shine now. The box came damaged but the pod itself had good packaging so nothing seemed damaged. I recommend!

What I love about the ultrasonic cleaner is not only is it effective, but you can use it on more than just oral devices. I originally purchased it to clean my mouth guard, but I’ve been able to clean jewelry as well! My wedding band looks great after a cleaning and so does my wife’s. It’s also nice that it has its own timer and shuts off after three minutes. Only things that I’m not overly fond of is the noise. It is noisier than expected and you do have to let it rest after two consecutive uses. Otherwise, for the price, it’s been great. I’ve seen others for $100, and this one is perfect.

We really love how simple this ultrasonic cleaner is to use. My night guard is and feel so much cleaner after using this! I have not tried cleaning it with any disinfectant yet, just with a simple tap water for 3 minutes. You can clearly see stuff coming out of the night guard. I also tried with my rings and it did not seem to work and nothing is coming out. It can’t be that my rings are clean because I have been wearing them for 4 years and I have seen videos where the dirty stuff is coming out of the rings after using this. So I am trying to understand why it does not work with my rings. But overall, it’s a great product to use for your night guards and retainers!

Bought as a cheaper option for my invisaligns after not one but two separate very expensive Zima pods died on me in a short time frame. Seems to work well, easy to clean, looks decent on counter. If I have one small complaint it's that it is a bit noisy compared to the other pods I had. Small issue if it continues to work well, though. I use it with a tab of RetainerBrite day and night, I never have to brush my invisaligns, and they look great even after two weeks of wear.

Using this to clean my nighttime bite guard and Sonicare toothbrush head. Even after rising both before dunking them there is residue in the bowl after cleaning. Neat freaks will love this. Also cleaned by wife's wedding ring with it, the diamond sparkles like new, it got the accumulated "stuff" out from under the stone. For the price this is a pretty nice little unit.

Received this a few days ago, it’s nice and compact but the ultrasonic action really made my retainers clean! It apparently also works on jewelry, which I haven’t done yet but plan to! The noise it makes is a touch loud, but it only runs for 3 minutes so no big deal. I love having this to keep my retainers clean daily!

I bought this specifically for maintaining my retainer trays and doing that additional layer of cleaning beyond brushing them and cleaning tablets. It is pretty easy to use and I appreciate the fact that I can still use the cleaning tablets I have in there during the cleaning process. It is easy to maintain and all I have to do is empty and wipe it out before storing it. So far in this first month, it hasn't disappointed!

This is my first ultrasonic cleaner so I do not know how it compares to others. I think this unit works well and does clean much better than using denture cleaning tablets. I have had my retainer for years and it has become quite stained. I have only been using the ultrasonic unit for a week and my retainer is already looking better. I wish that I had bought this ultrasonic cleaner sooner. It does make a bit of noise but that is probably normal . It is only for 3 minutes. I am very happy with it.

Plugged in and started according to guideline and the whole thing made a big bang and was stinking like burned cables …. Not clear how to contact the seller for replacement also..

This was working fine and was a great little gadget, it's now just decided to stop working. The power light is on, but it won't switch on. Really annoying.....

The first time it was plugged in and turned on at the button it made an electrical pot sound and the light when off. The machine is faulty and dangerous and needs to be removed from Amazon.

It blew up when we tried to use it. So zero stars.
