Just press the button opposite the 2 o'clock marker once and it will set in motion the minutes and seconds dials, if you want to stop it, press the same button once. To return all pointers to 12 o'clock position, press the button at the 4 o'clock position once. Or pull the middle button on the right to the second gear, and long press the reset button.
