I recently got into an automobile accident leaving me unable to sleep laying down and only being able to sleep on my back (not side or stomach). Along with a mechanical lift recliner my wife suggested an "airplane pillow", I won't say my opinion of what, I thought of these things, in having tried them once about 20 years ago (I hated it) and seeing people being "pussies" in using one but....She talked me into getting this. I searched for a few hours and ended up picking this product. 1st: It has a flat back' which allows it to firmly place itself on the supporting object, 2nd it is far less restrictive and cooler (temperature wise) than, I thought possible and hell.....not sure if it is the memory foam or what but it is VERY comfortable. As usual my wife proved to be priceless in her suggestion (P.S. I really hope she sees this and, I get kiss ass points) and this turned out to be a wonderful purchase. I did not mark the "traveling" rating because...well, I have not traveled with it but as to the comfort and support rating...it gets top marks.

I gave 4 starts because I received the wrong product (a pillow for the butt and a pillow for the back). Even though they were very good quality, it was not what I needed. But the good thing is someone decided to buy it from me, so I did not have to return it.

I love this travel pillow - it fits my neck like it is custom made! As you can see in the photo there is extra support because of the extra height in the back. It is light weight making it easy for travel and it is supportive without being stiff. Definitely a great purchase!

I had a surgery last week and have to sleep almost sitting up. This has been a life saver on my neck! Super soft. Doesn't squish down too much in one spot nor is it too hard. The ridge on the back can face up for when I'm more upright or down for when i want to lay more flat. I can't wait to take this on plane ride in a few months.

Soft cover but very thick pillow. Not much give when in an airplane seat.

The neck pillow was too bulky and too hard, It hurts my neck. Not even a return shipping label was included. I will not order from them again.

Used them for long flights. Super soft but maybe a bit firm. The thick part in back pushed my head forward, so I mostly used it tilted on its side as a pillow. This worked better for me. My husband used his as intended and was quite pleased with it.
