Perfect little flavour kicker
If you love spicy food, ignore the negative comments. I can imagine that this would be too spicy for someone who is predominantly into mild flavours, but if you like a decent kick, this is somewhere in the middle of the road, but far away from any ‘blow your butt off’ moments. It’s actually lovely. I tasted it first straight from the bottle. It gives a vegetable flavour with a nice little kick. It’s not overwhelming, won’t take away from the food flavours and if you start with a few drops, adjust what works the best for you. Excellent quality, very versatile and can be used in soups as well as main meals. Personally, total value for money, and I will be buying more of it. Absolute 10/10 for me.

It’s much more spicy that I thought, but great to mix with salad dressings or to give a touch while you are cooking stews or even scrambled eggs.

Absolutely lovely. Perfect spice and umami. Many spicy dishes I will add this instead of chilli because the flavour is balanced rather than just hot. Great to work with in recipes.
