Today was my 5th day to take this capsule and just let me say wow! I bought these to see if they would help with my hot flashes after being on HRT after 34 years. I didn't expect instant results but I think 5 days is almost as close as you can get. I still have a few hot flashes during the night but the intensity and duration is greatly reduced. Well, not only have these wonder capsules helped the hot flashes but my fibromyalgia pain is almost nonexistent now! I have more energy as a result and I haven't felt this good in a lot of years.
