Works great!
Just wanted that extra sense of security. Set up was very easy. I was worried about the battery life but these have been up for over a month and still don’t need a recharge.

Great quality video
These cameras offer great quality picture and fast loading feed. I did have trouble at first hooking to our Starlink. I tried for a few days everything I could think of and wouldn’t connect. I finally bought another router and bypassed the Starlink router and they hooked right up

Image quality is excellent. Battery lasts around 6 weeks. If you live in a cold weather environment the battery will drain rapidly. I live in NC and just came through a Southern Winter and there were several times the battery drained quickly on me.Update: Battery charges super slow. Gives messages like make sure terminals are clean, make sure you're using approved charger etc... I have cleaned everything and am using charging cable/block that was sent with purchase.

battery life is just horrible
after years of having a great experience with the older Nest products, although their wired versions does not withstand (power cable) UV light and will ultimately fail to work, but still a great camera. I reached out to Google about this and basically told me to buy the newer wireless cams as the warranty was expired - i would have expected a bit more from google as this is clearly a design/material fault. For the newer version, the battery life is just terrible, i am have to charge these cameras every 2-3 weeks depending on activity, its just a major hassle, especially when out of town. The transition from the nest app to the home app is also troublesome, i have older and newer versions of Nest and have to manage them on 2 different apps. Not Great - Conclusion, nest started out great, i was a big fan, but now i feel they dropped the ball on multiple fronts - I spent a lot of money on Nest for home and business, and decided its time to move on to another product with better features and less hassle, and no monthly fees.

Google software is nice
I keep buying cameras to watch my other cameras and have no blindspots, I have a pretty secure property now, the Google software is great my only complaint is I can't run a 24/7 Livestream to my office TV of the driveway because it times out, even while powered by solar

Great value and function great.
I was nervous purchasing a refurbished item, but set up was seamless and these function just as well as the other two I purchased brand new. Great to get three for the price of two.

Not usable as a battery camera, need to buy extra cables!
I am usually a fan of Google's devices with thier easy set up and robust operating and resetting in adverse coditions. This 3-pack of battery operated cameras failed to meet that expectation. Considering the 3-pack cost almost $450, I am severely disappointed in the shortcuts taken and the false claims about battery life. What you need to be aware of is that:1) battery life of these are not enough to get you through the night (if solar powered for example)2) providing power to the camera requires a unique Google proprietary cable. How many sets of power supplies and cables come in a 3-pack? ONE! I had purchased the 3-pack of solar panels and thought that would be the solution. Nope. One camera only ran briefly on this set up, and I still haven't been able to get the 3rd camera to connect (despite router and phone in the same room, so it has to be the battery or a broken camera.) So I have to play musical chairs with the one charger and power supply to get a camera up and running. One still hasn't but I will update when I find resolution to that problem.Frankly, I wish I would have stuck with the wired 1st gen cameras (indoor or outdoor depending on the need) and that's my recommendation to you.
