Review: A Good Value for the price - Great pan for frying things. Cooked up diced chicken breast right after I got it. Loved the dew it puts on the meat. Cleaned up easily as well. But be advised it’s sturdy and as a result kind of heavy to handle. Speaking of handle, it was cool to the touch throughout my first cooking experience.
Review: Great Pan - This pan is great! I love it. I had to I learn how to cook with it. I kept burning my food. I never cook any higher than medium high. Everything turns out great. It cleans up real easy if you let it cool off first then put hot water in it, let it set for 5 minutes, easy peasy cleanup. This pan will last a lifetime. I like that it has a lid that came with it. I have also used this pan in the oven. I works great. I have not used the lid in the oven because it will only take heat up to 350 degrees. Overall this is a high quality pan. I plan on buying a couple of sauce pans from this company. This will be all I will ever need for cooking. Highly recommend.

I very rarely give a 5 star review, as to me it must substantially exceed expectations to warrant 5 stars. This has. Got this first; was considering the $1000 plus AllClad set, but even the reviews on their own website say their customer service is extremely poor. Decided to try this, and was sufficiently impressed to buy the 12" skillet; 12" saute; and 3 pot set. The 12" is all the pan most will ever need, unless you - like me - like to cook an entire rack of bacon at once, or make extreme quantities of sausage gravy. Clean fairly easily, heat distribution is superior to any I've tried; flavor and moisture retention excellent; and you cook at about 27% lower heat setting than with my other pans.
