Zeus Ⅲ

I purchased the Dr. Arrivo Zeus Plus on 12/17/24, but after receiving it, I was disappointed with the quality. It did not meet my expectations at all. I reached out to their customer service multiple times by phone and email, but no one ever answered the phone, and it took them a long time to reply to my emails. When they finally responded, they said I could return the device and asked for the reason. I provided my reason for the return, but after that, they stopped communicating—no calls or emails since then. The customer service has been terrible, and I feel completely ignored. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. Very unhappy with the entire experience! Stacy Stone

The first one Amazon did not deliver it citing “ undeliverable “ but still charged me for it, no refund so far almost three weeks in. Finally receive the second one, came in a fabulous box, I mean the box is SO over the top, you’d think you received an Oscar award, hence two stars for the box. but the actual device is super light, feels like a cheap piece of Plastic, compares to nuface, this is about a quarter of its weight. There IS NO WAY this device would worth $1800, come on! Let’s be honest, an iPhone pro max that has way more precious metal and microchips and software updates doesn’t even cost this much! How can this cheap piece of plastic device cost this much and is expected to last for years? And Amazon only have 30 day return policy. But I still gave it a try, honestly, it felt like nuface and nothing much, after a few days, I can barely feel the current, not sure if something is going wrong or my face has gotten used to it. I used nuface for two years and I can still feel the same sensation. Not saying it’s better, but the device looks and feels much more solid and expensive than this one. What’s worst, I ask my friend who is a PHD engineer to check out the YouTube take-it-apart vide, they took this device apart, and found out all the parts together cost less than $50 to make and there is NO RF regulator at all which is supposed to the most expensive part, and no temperature control, also uses industrial glue to put everything together- it is so incredible cheap and simple looking at all the parts. My friend said you are crazy to spend this much. Honestly, I probably would just keep it for less than $500 top. But this is just cockamamie.
