The battery and reflector were in 2 pieces and not in the holder. How can I fit those together?

If you just got it, please help contact us by order communication by email,and we will resend you a new one. If you want to change the battery, you could unscrew the small screws on the reflector (adjustable dial). Then you could put the battery on the reflector holder. So they are in together. Inner Cushion Falls Off

The first helmet I received, the inner cushion fell off immediately, before I even put it on my child. You could see the dried out glue inside the helmet. The helmet does look good so I decided to give it another chance to see if the one I received was an outlier. Unfortunately, upon receiving the replacement helmet, the same happened again (inner cushion fell right off). It's so unfortunate.
