These are the best capsules. Reliable brand that uses clean ingredients. This is also the only brand that doesn't cause me to get heartburn from the oregano oil. I start taking these at the first indication of not feeling well, and I generally bounce back quickly. Most recently I started feeling really bad after a family member had been sick for a week. I knew it was coming. Within a day, I felt much better and only had a fraction of the symptoms. In my experience, these have been a very effective supplement.
