Does it comes with the candies sweets ?

no, they are empty, but they are of good quality .

What do the colour choices relate to?

Hi It's the colour of the sweet bags that comes with the kit. Hope this helps

Would a tub Haribo sweets fill one jar ? Wondering how many sweets you would need to fill ...thanks

Id expect so, I spent about €20 on sweets to fill them all.
