My usual brand was delayed in transit and these were a good value and could arrive the next day. That said, the product expires in 01/2026, which is just 2 months from now. I don’t use charcoal daily, so it will expire well before I’ve finished the bottle. As for efficacy they work as they should. To get the full 1,200mg dose requires swallowing 3 capsules vs my preferred brand which requires just 2.
