Waste of money.Its not good for day to day operation and not get proper traction on wet floor. Serval times i fall down in our restaurant. And many times slips on kitchen. Its just ok for supervisor level job. Not suitable for workers.

The cushioning provides excellent support, even during 10+ hour shifts.
