I bought this for my son's second birthday, unfortunately, the one we received was defective and stopped working after about a half hour. The customer service was incredible! Right from the start they promised they would make it right. I sent them a video of what it was doing, and they sent me a new one within 3 days. The new one works great and my son absolutely loves it!
