Not 'Quantity 12' only Quantity 3 but they're OK
I really only needed the smallest size of these Fids and it suits the purpose well. However, the description says clearly 'Wellington Cordage S6034 3PK Splicing Fid - Quantity 12' and I assumed there would be 12 Fids so I would probably get 4 of each size. More importantly I would have 4 of the size I especially wanted. Being only made of plastic I thought the price about right. But No! there is only one of each size. I don't know what the 'Quantity 12' is supposed to refer to but it certainly wasn't the quantity I got.

Not ideal for anything but the softest braid-on-braid ropes. Buy a stainless steel set or make your own.
