This works exceptionally well. We used it to keep a runner in place over carpet. Before, even with carpet tape around the edge it would bunch and move. Now, it’s stays perfectly still. It’s great that it’s reversible depending on your needs. Highly recommend

Great carpet underlay, large rug has never moved since put down

This gripper works well on stopping rugs from creeping around on carpets, unfortunately I bought a size to small so the rug still creeps a bit however, if I had bought a larger one it wouldn't move at all. There is no adhesive so it doesn't harm the carpet as other products I have bought have done. The only down size I feel is that it is expensive, but over all a good product.

I bought this because our rug wouldn’t stay still and we kept tripping over it. We had tried other solutions but nothing worked. This one is significantly more expensive than the other options but it is definitely worth is as the rug hasn’t moved at all since using it. The instructions are clear and it is easy to cut with a good pair of scissors.

When I first got it, I would have given it five stars as it held the mat firmly on the carpet tiles. However, after a few months and some dirt it has lost its stickiness and the dreaded creep has returned - though not as bad as without foxi. I tried washing it as suggested on the web. It washed OK and still feels sticky, but no improvement on the creep. Given it's designed to live on the floor, I'd expect it to cope with some dirt rather better than it has. It wasn't industrial strength dirt, just domestic.

After trying so many different fixes for our rug in carpet, this is totally worth the money! It’s worked a treat! We moved house and I didn’t want to get rid of our lovely rug from Benuta. The house had new carpets so it just kept rippling continually. This has finally been the answer! The before photo used to get like this every 2-3 weeks.

Brilliant best underlay we have brought

Foxi underlay was recommended to me by the ex-manager of a well regarded independent curtains, furnishing fabric and carpet/rug shop. It was easy to follow the instructions, had enough tackiness to stick to the underside of my Persian rug, but could be eased off to ensure perfect fit. We trimmed it a little with good scissors, then laid it down on the fitted carpet, gently pushing it into the pile as we did so. The rug is totally flat now and does not move at all. This is a high quality product which I shall buy again to use with another rug elsewhere.
