Very disappointed with the installation experience from A.O. Smith. After purchasing the geyser, I was surprised to find that even a basic power plug was not included in the package. During installation, I was told to purchase the plug, pipes, taps, and other fittings separately. What was even more frustrating was that the prices quoted for these accessories were almost double the market rates. None of these additional costs were clearly communicated at the time of purchase. As a reputed brand, A.O. Smith should be more transparent about installation requirements and hidden costs. Customers should not be forced to spend significantly more after buying the product. The product may be good, but the overall purchase and installation experience was disappointing. 👎
