Good Product
It is a good product, stainless steel material. I ordered PNG variant. There was a small leak near the jet in one of the burners. The technician fixed it with a tape. Working fine now. Will write after six months.

Excellent value
Looks lovely, performs well. Very pleased with the purchase. Thick durable steel body, easy to clean, easy flame adjustment, no gas leak,no rusting. The burner stands are sturdy, but they could have been enameled. No other adverse comments after 3 months of heavy use.

Poor customer service
Though itโs a fantastic cooktop and very easy auto ignition mode using a battery cell it deserves five stars albeit price is bit high, what made me leave one star is because of the callous attitude of glen customercare. The cook top I received had a damaged ignition wire which emits sparks upon pressing ignition button and giving shocks. Upon registering complaint and requesting for a replacement they said itโs chargeable and the new cooktop which was received with damaged wire does not entitle for free replacement, even agreeing for paying charges also didnโt help, they have hired one local agency for complaints and repairs who are not all interested in attending. Even after paying Rs 350 didnโt help. There is a lady in glen customer care who believes selling once is task accomplished and forget. If you have the patience to handle the minor repairs then only you go for this, otherwise you end up in worrying about your decision.

SLIM AND GOOD LOOKING
I have purchased the Glen Cook Top from Amazon, it is working well and spacious for all the burners, it very comfortable and smoothly working, it has become very easy for preparation of four items at a time. Thanks to GLEN for GOOD Product, only thing is the hose connection should have kept on either side of the stove
