Great keyboard loving the experience

I bought the Redragon Ucal K673 Pro from Amazon India, but the product I received is slightly different from what was shown in the listing. The keyboard I got works well and appears to be a genuine Redragon product, but there are some important differences buyers should know: The keyboard is detected as “K673RGB-PRO-MAX” in Redragon’s software, not “K673 Pro”. – The software from Redragon India didn’t work for my unit. – The software from Redragon Zone (global site) worked, but it identifies my keyboard as the MAX version. The top cover design is different from what I saw in YouTube reviews. The unit I received has a different finish than the glossy-looking top cover shown in many YouTube videos of the K673 Pro. The battery capacity shown in the product image is 4000 mAh, but the Redragon black-and-white variant actually has a 3000 mAh battery. My unit seems to be a newer batch using the MAX firmware, even though it was sold as the Pro model. After checking the serial number and features, I confirmed the keyboard is not fake, just a different hardware/firmware revision than what Amazon’s listing suggests. Everything works properly (tri-mode connectivity, hot-swap, RGB, knob, etc.), but Amazon should show accurate photos and correct model details to avoid confusion. Overall: A solid keyboard, but the listing should be updated to reflect the exact version customers will receive.

Just Perfect, sturdy and Heavy Battery lasts upto 3-4 days approx with heavy usage. No complaints

The keyboard is awesome and the keys feel so soft and easy to type, I mean it's perfect top to bottom every corner and keys feedback and the lighting effects it have at this price range it really really really worth it. Red dragon can do little better in software side but over all the keyboard is amazing

Nice but make 1 layer of paper tape inside the pcb for better sound

it does not have that loud noise mechanical keyboards have. its so nice so quiet it feels so good. there is a issue with latency and software. i could not find a software on redragon.in website, i had to go to redragonzone to download it which is a red flag

Gets my work done, wireless functionality works flawlessly. The keys dont feel premium, will have some issues here and there. Explore other options if you dont have problems like limited space or budget. RGB is bright and finly tunable. It is easy to connect and works with both mac and windows, with a little of tweaking for the windows button. Battery lasts quite longs, for me it lasts for a month. Keys are quiet, the travel height is a bit longer than I had expected. If you care for key press experince, there are better alternatives to this brand, I dont use it for typing so I am fine with it.

Bon clavier dans l'ensemble, juste des petits souci de déconnexion parfois (il deco-reco pendant 3s) apres l'avoir eu pendant 10 mois (pas ce souci au debut). Aussi obligé de passer par un logiciel tierce pour certaines macros (> par exemple).

Pire clavier que j’ai acheté le clavier marche plus après quelques mois d’utilisation, la puce interne est complètement morte, impossible de l’utiliser à nouveau, que ce soit en filaire ou en Bluetooth, n’achetez pas produit défectueux
