**Q: How big is the neck?**
A: Very small.  Fits my 3 month old with no growing room

**Q: what is the dimension of the neck opening?**
A: I don’t know exactly but from my daughter was 6 months till now she is 20 months and still can wears them

**Q: Will these fit my 14 mo old?**
A: I don't think so. They were very snug around my 3 month old. My only complaint.

**Q: Is the Velcro scratchy?**
A: The Velcro isn’t the new no-scratch kind, but it is better than the super-old Velcro. It stays attached well so hasn’t been an issue for us.
