Nice pleasant taste slightly sweet. Use to make organic green sun tea. I have RA making exercise difficult. Used to take a couple days to recover just from swimming. It’s been 13 years of agony to be honest and exercise seemed pointless. And then things changed. Thanks to Alpha Lipoic Acid I was immediately able to walk again without pain. Up and down stairs and to the backyard and even wore sandals which is super nice after years in tennis shoes. The big change came after 3-4 days of 1-3 taps of glycine in organic green tea basically went back normal exercise initially a five mile walk (took off my smartwatch long ago, less pressure). Then, bike riding equal distance followed by an hours swim. Tomorrow is day 3. I’m not having any lingering leg or hand pain from riding as I always have since RA diagnosis. Im thankful for this supplement and for finding ALA. Im thankful for everyday I’m able to enjoy exercise without the accompanying pain and ensuing depression. I pray to God this is my new normal.

This has been a great supplement for recovery overall. The bulk size is a really good value, especially if you use glycine regularly, and the unflavored powder makes it easy to add into different drinks. The main downside is that it’s basically insoluble. It doesn’t mix very well and tends to settle, so you’ll probably need to keep stirring or just accept that some powder will remain at the bottom. That said, the effectiveness and value outweigh the inconvenience for me. Amazing stuff! Without changing anything else, I added this to my bedtime regimen. I have major pain issues with a knee. It's agony, and going on 10 years now. After taking this before bed, my knee is almost painless, and I'm sleeping really well. You can't make me stop taking this!

I've purchased this BulkSupplements Glycine multiple times. Every previous bag had the normal, slightly sweet odor that I expected from glycine. My most recent bag had a distinct fish odor, even after pouring the powder out of the package. What disappointed me most was the customer service. I contacted both the online chat and phone support and received the exact same scripted response that "a change in supplier may alter the smell, taste, texture, or color." No one actually addressed my concern. To make matters more confusing, the Certificate of Analysis they provided for my lot specifically lists the product as "odorless." Yet the product I received clearly was not. Rather than explaining that discrepancy or investigating the issue, they simply repeated the generic supplier explanation. I can't say whether the product is unsafe, but I can say the quality was noticeably different from previous purchases, and customer service offered no meaningful explanation. Buyers should compare the odor of each new lot to previous purchases. If your glycine has a strong fish smell despite the COA stating it is odorless, don't just accept the canned response, ask for a real explanation.

I've used this product in the past and I have tried the glycine from other suppliers and Bulk Supplements is the best. I will continue to purchase from them. This glycine is great. Dissolves nicely and has a mild sweet taste. I put in my nightly cup of tea.
