Ordered this for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately I’ve missed 2 attempts of delivery and was going to be left without a present for my son but the team were very helpful and they sent me another one right away without any questions to make sure I get it in time for Christmas. The scooter however was faulty and didn’t work properly after raising the concerns to the team they were very helpful and I’m now waiting for a replacement scooter. Customer service (Betty) 10/10

Bought the S6 scooter for my son for Xmas Gift only to find a fault,got in touch with insiwheel without delay they sent out a replacement scooter so happy as my son can't wait to join me on my S9 Pro thank you insiwheel

Why do I have to pay £20 postage to return this faulty item??????

This is a sturdy scooter. However, my 8yr old hardly used it due to it being too slow! I could crawl faster tbh😕

I ordered this scooter for my son at Xmas. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the scooter working so the guys at Isinwheel set me a new replacement one which works great. My son loves it

So far so good.Disappointed with seller, within 10 mins of order I emailed and said partner ordered wrong colour instead of cancelling can you send the orange? The response was basically no. When we get it send it back but we have to pay return postage it hadnt even been sent out yet! Other than that it seems to be ok and son is enjoying it
