Nettle tea is great for its antiinflammatory properties as well as lowering blood pressure. I have brewed this product several times in a tea ball. It has a nice mild taste compared to others I have tried. I recommend adding a bit of honey as well. The tea was well sealed in a heavy duty bag and very fresh.

I’ve never had this tea before so it is not easy for me to compare it to anything I’ve experienced wrote. I’ll evaluate it in its own merits. Quality of the product looks good, well packaged and clean looking ingredients. The fact it’s from the Andes makes it cool and most likely free of pesticides and any additives. The tea is so light, the entire large bag weighs just 8 ounces. Brewing is easy, tea spoon of tea, boiling water, wait 3-5 minutes, strain and done. Aroma at first was pungent, I wasn’t sure what to make of it, a bit like vegetables gone bad, but as the tea steeped the smell disappeared and a light okay smell remained. The taste is definitely good, smooth no harshness whatsoever. It’s kinda of sweet on its own so I didn’t add honey or anything else to it. I drank the full cup with some tea powder remained on the bottom of the cup. A little over $2 an ounce it is proved okay since you get a cup per tea spoon. No complaints.

I had heard of Nettle tea, but I had never tried it before today. I was a little surprised by the size of the bag - 8oz is a pretty significant amount of this tea. It was securely vacuum-packed so it was still very fresh when I opened the bag. To be honest, my first thought when I opened the package was "Hmm, lawn clippings?", but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and brewed myself a cup of this Nettle tea anyway. The resulting cup of tea looked and smelled very "green" and the unmodified taste left a bit to be desired. Adding a little honey really helped the flavor immensely, so the final result was very drinkable. I suspect it would also be good with a little brown sugar. I can't speak to the health effects of this tea, but as a basic green tea, it's not bad and I will certainly make myself another cup. I certainly have plenty of tea to drink.

This is a resealable 8oz bag of loose nettle tea. The tea is cut and some of the particles are pretty small. I got the tea for the purported "health benefits" that I've read about elsewhere on the internet. It suggests on the package to use about a teaspoon for making tea. At that rate, this package will last quite a while, so hopefully I'll have used it up by the expiration date of Oct 2025. I scooped the tea into a steel tea cage. Like I said, some particles are pretty small so there was a bit of sediment at the bottom after it steeped, but I wasn't bothered by that. I let it steep with about 12oz very hot water for 12-15 minutes because I like tea more lukewarm than hot. The tea smells and tastes like a very mild green tea. I didn't notice any side effects afterward. Giving 5/5. Met expectations; wasn't expecting a fancy taste.

I wasn’t expecting this to taste good. I expected it to taste like grass or something green. But it surprised me. It had a pleasant, light flavor that I can’t quite describe. I added honey as a sweetener, and the tea had a creaminess to it I’ve never experienced before. Bag is made of thick plastic and is re-sealable. Using one teaspoon for a cup of tea, this is going to last a long, long time. I also love that it’s caffeine free, so I can drink it any time of the day and won’t be awake all night.

Nettle leaf tea has many health benefits such as detoxification, support urinary health, anti-inflammatory and blood sugar control. This nettle leaf tea package contains the shredded nettle leaves, from the wild-crafted Nettle plants. Not like the photos on their product page, there are no whole dried tea leaf inside, all are just crumbs and you can't tell if these are truely shredded nettle leaves or mixed with other impurities. There is preparation instruction on the package. The tea is prepared in the same way as other herbal tea. It does has a herbal taste, mild, not strong and it is pleasant to drink, with no bad aftertaste. The expiration date on the package is about one years from now.
