Best toothbrush, travel & home
As others have said, the bristles are soft, and the charge lasts forever. It has a usable case, and it is compact, lightweight, and rechargeable without a wall wart, making it great for travel. the only downside is that it requires it's own usb-a-to-proprietary-connector cable, rather than a simple usb-c cable. Haven't seen any other electric toothbrushes with that feature however, and I'm not sure why this can't easily be done

Nearly perfect
I was skeptical of an inexpensive electric toothbrush, but this converted me. It works fantastically - my teeth feel great when I finish and it lets you know when 2 minutes is up (by shutting off) and each 30 second increment (by pausing). The case is a bonus.

Battery lasts forever. Great clean feeling after brushing. Lightweight not bulky and quiet. The best toothbrush!

Sleek, small, a little weak, proprietary charger cable
Quality: Small (good for travel), attractive. It's sonic (I prefer rotating head better), so it takes me longer to brush my teeth. The charging cable is proprietary, so I have to bring it with me. Most other people already commented on it, and I agree. Why not designing it to use USB C head? They'll save money on including the cable (we all have tons already).Price: Expensive for what it is.Update: I just purchased an Oral-B Cross Action, battery operated. the Oral-B is more than half the price, a little bigger, but with a strong rotating head. All things considered, I prefer the Oral-B.

Great buy for the price
This is a great toothbrush. It has the prefect settings, the battery lasts a long time. I like the design. The brush head is the exact size of my regular brush electric toothbrush.

It Works But Disappointing Quality
Disappointing Quality for Philips and PriceThe Brush:The brush it self is not that quality i thought it be or at least does not match the pictures/product renders posted on the product page - it feels cheaper. The size is nice and compact although the brush itself feels a little small. The timer itself is nothing special in fact i think its weird as it stops briefly for a few seconds (its annoying). Finally the charger itself connect to the power source with an OUTDATED USB type connection, while the end that connects to the brush is a weird connection that you may find in other small bathroom electronics (and not USB-C 🙁)The Case:The case itself is such a big let down - on the images it seems like a high quality soft touch case with good quality manufacturing but in fact is a cheap rubber made case which flyaway fibers stick to. I dont know about other colors but the black (which is off-black) case puts on full display all the imperfections - it really feels as if they spent 0.60$ cents making this ( which i really think is the case).

Changed the charger, instant return
I bought this toothbrush in November 2022 and it abruptly stopped working in August 2024. I loved this toothbrush for its battery life, travel case, price, color, compact size, and ease of charging with just about any USB-to-USB-C charging cord but was disappointed that it just stopped working out of nowhere. For the price, I figured this was a decent life span so I purchased another one. WTF is this charger???? After ripping the box open in anticipation of getting to my replacement toothbrush, I was sooooo disappointed to see this stupid charger. First and foremost, this is a one of a kind charging cord and if it breaks or gets lost, you’re S.O.L., unlike the USB-C cord of which I have several. In addition, the old charging port was covered which is probably why my old one lasted as long as it did. How long would this one be protected against water damage with an open uncovered ridiculous charging port? Dumb business decision. I doubt my return can be resold, I’m sure they’ve gotten countless other unsellable returns.

Great travel tooth brush
I travel a lot for work and this is a fantastic option. Comes with a cover to keep it clean. Also a big plus is the charger is the same type a lot of electric razors use so I only need to carry one cable. The timer is a great feature as well, give you a pulse 3 times to tell you to switch sides. Absolutely recommend for someone that wants an electric toothbrush but is on the go.

Amazing
I believe some people are saying it doesn’t feel like a real electric tooth brush but that’s exactly what I like. Normal toothbrushes hurt as they are really strong, this tooth brush is very gentle but you can tell it still does the job really well.I like how light it is and the case! I’m using it for home and will take it with me if I travel. The only slightly annoying part is that the vibrations are quite strong at the base so your hand feels a bit strange after 1 minute, I also struggle to know how to put the tooth brush at the case as I couldn’t see it on the instructions. One would think that it goes all they way in but it just fits in the case slightly. Other than that amazing!Phillip products never disappoint, great price/quality ratio.

Do not buy this!
Do yourself a favor and get an electric toothbrush with a rotating brush head. My mistake for not reading the product description properly but I bought thinking it’d have a rotating brush head, just like the Oral B I was replacing. Instead I got a glorified $5 toothbrush with annoying vibrations for $50. The vibrations can hardly be felt in the brush head, so essentially useless. Instead handle vibrates so hard that my hand starts feeling funny after 2 mins of brushing. Too bad can’t return, so straight to the bin!

Quick Hands On Review
The Philips One by Sonicare Rechargeable Toothbrush provides solid foundations in a stylish, small package. Its easy use, comfortable grip and long battery life are praised by many users. Nevertheless, I have to agree with other reviews that highlight a frustrating feature of the more recent model it has a 2-pin Philips charger setup (USB-A to a proprietary connection) so you can't simply use an old charger or swap it out for a standard USB-C cable without purchasing an additional adapter or cable. That seemed like a poor design decision for a contemporary rechargeable brush, and it's important to know before you buy.Although it's not the most potent or feature rich Sonicare on the market, it's a dependable daily brush if you don't mind the peculiarities of charging.
