Love this ice pack. I ordered the smaller 7x11 first, but the shipping was delayed so I ordered the 11x14 and so glad I did. It is a great size, covers a large area so I can use for my shoulder and my husband uses for his back. It stays cold for a very long time. I slip it into a pillowcase and wrap it around my shoulder. Soft and flexible. Highly recommended!

Great ice packs that were very helpful for knee replacement surgery. Used the Large to go on top of knee, and medium to go underneath and they worked well. Gel was flexible enough to wrap over knee, wasn't a frozen block of ice. Stay cold for over an hour, we purchased two of each size to rotate them in the freezer. Very durable nylon, or of gym bag or backpack material, we saw no damage or leaking. Best to wrap in a towel but thats true for any ice application on a bum knee.

It was time for me to replace two 15 yr couple cold packs I had bought from the chiropractor. I bought this large size for my low and mid back and the medium size which is perfect for knees, shoulders, etc. This brand gets a lot colder than my old ones and bends easily. They are made of a very sturdy material and stitching so I am hoping these will also last 15 years.

Bought this ice pack for my husband who is nursing a knee injury. He loves the size and flexibility of this ice pack. It conforms to his knee easily and fits under his knee brace. His only complaint is that he feels it doesn’t stay cold for very long. I ended up getting a second one so he can switch between them. Perhaps that’s by design so you’ll buy 2! 😆 It stays cold for 15-20 minutes which is usually the recommended time to apply ice therapy, but his doc said he should ice it as much as possible. So between the two, he can get the continuous therapy needed.

Good material, large size works well to cool front and back of knee or other large area. Remains flexible after in freezer. Nice to get two; one to use and one in freezer to switch when needed.

I love these ice packs! They're big enough to be effective, and they stay cold for a long time. They're thin enough to be versatile for my needs and they don't take up much room in the freezer. You can fold them in half if you need them to be thicker. I put ice on my lower back while I'm driving, and folding the ice pack in half makes it a perfect fit for the seat of my car. I've only had them a few days, but they feel VERY durable. I wholeheartedly recommend these!!

After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy. The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.

I purchased this product because the one from the pharmacy started leaking. I liked the large size of this item, however, the amount of gel is so little that if you lay it down, it's a barely enough to spread out inside the envelope, and as a result, doesn't stay cold for very long.
